Bash oneliner: Sum Disk Usage for files based on age

Command of the day : Get a recursive disk usage for files older than a specified age. 

find . -type f -mtime +90 -exec du -k {} ; | cut -f 1 | awk '{total=total+$1}END{print total/1024}'

Explained; 

1. find . : goes recursively over the current dir (or provided dir if . is replaced with path.)
2. -type f : only files. otherwise the 'du' also prints totals for directories, overestimating the true filesize
3. -mtime +90 : modify date > 90 days
4. -exec du -k {} ;  : execute the du -k (kilobyte) command for the current file
5. cut -f 1 : size is in first column
6. awk : sum the filesizes, and print out in megabyte.
